This aims to select best students for placement as graduate trainees, employees and interns while collaborating with industry and partners. The bi-annual career fair also aims to provide guidance to understand 21st Century job skill
requirements.

Areas of potential collaborations with Government and Industry include:
a) Industrial research
b) Commercialization of Intellectual Property
c) Infrastructural Development
d) Human Resource Training and Transfer (retooling industry employees, adjunct lecturers and students / alumni recruitment).
